Terms of use

These terms cover your use of armansolves.com, run by Arman Vardanyan ("I", "me"), and the free AI tools, articles and videos on it (together, "the site"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 16 years old to sign up for the newsletter or use the free tools.

2. The free AI tools

• The tools are free. They are prompts for AI chats, and AI can make mistakes, so check every number and every draft before you rely on it or send it.
• They are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. The finance assistant, for example, helps you look at your own numbers. It is not an accountant, and you make the decisions.
• The tools only write drafts. You are responsible for anything you send, change or delete.
• You are responsible for what you share with the AI you use, and for following that AI company's own terms. See the privacy policy for how to protect your business data.

3. Using the content

The tools, articles, videos and designs on this site belong to Arman Vardanyan. You may use the tools inside your own business or job, and share links to any page. You may not resell the tools, or republish the tools or articles as your own.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful
• Try to get around the email sign-up, or access parts of the site that are not meant for you
• Copy the site's content in bulk with scrapers or other automated tools
• Interfere with how the site works, or send spam or harmful code through its forms
• Sign up other people without their permission

5. The newsletter

When you sign up, you agree to receive my newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.

6. Other sites and services

The site links to other sites, including Binee, Tecknocity, Calendly and social networks. I am not responsible for their content or how they work. Binee and Tecknocity have their own terms, and work done by Tecknocity for clients is covered by its own agreements, not by these terms.

7. Changes to the site

The site and its free tools are offered as they are today. I may change, pause or remove any page or tool at any time.

8. No warranty

The site and the free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including that they will fit your situation, be accurate, or always be available.

9. Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using the site or the free tools, including lost profits, lost data or business decisions made with them. Because the site is free, my total liability for any claim about it is limited to 100 US dollars.

10. Your responsibility

If you break these terms or misuse the site, and that leads to a claim against me, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

11. Ending access

You can stop using the site and unsubscribe at any time. If someone breaks these terms, I may remove their email from the newsletter and block their access to the tools.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts located in California. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place you live.

13. General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and me about the site. If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
