Privacy policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
armansolves.com is run by Arman Vardanyan ("I", "me"), who decides how the information on this page is used. This policy explains what the site collects, why, who helps run it, and what you can do about it. If anything is unclear, email me at armansolves@gmail.com.
1. What the site collects
- Your email address, when you type it into a sign-up form, with the page you signed up on and, if you arrived through a tagged link (for example from one of my videos), the tags of that link. That shows me which video or post brought you.
- One cookie, after you sign up, so the free tools stay open when you come back. Details are in section 8.
- Anonymous visit statistics: which pages are viewed, which site you came from, your country, device type and browser. They come from Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.
- Technical logs: the hosting provider keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, to run the site and protect it from abuse.
The site has no accounts or passwords, and it does not ask for payment details.
2. How your information is used
- To open the free AI tools on this site for you after you sign up.
- To send you my newsletter: new free tools, videos and guides. It may also mention my companies, Binee and Tecknocity.
- To keep the site running, secure and free of abuse.
- To understand, in total numbers, which pages are useful, so I can improve them.
If you are in the EU or the UK, the legal basis for the newsletter is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. The technical logs and anonymous statistics rely on my legitimate interest in running a secure, useful site.
3. The newsletter
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Like most newsletter services, beehiiv records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so I can see how the newsletter performs. I never sell or rent your email address.
4. Services that help run the site
These providers handle data on my behalf, only to provide their service:
- beehiiv stores newsletter subscribers and sends the emails.
- Vercel hosts the site, keeps the technical logs and provides the anonymous visit statistics.
When you choose to book a call, that happens on Calendly's site, under Calendly's own privacy policy. Links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Binee and Tecknocity take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies. This site does not embed them, and the fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact Google or social networks while you read it.
5. When information may be shared
I do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. It is only shared:
- With the service providers above, to run the site and the newsletter.
- When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of the site, its visitors or me.
- If the site or the newsletter is ever transferred to someone else, in which case this policy keeps applying to your data.
6. Where your data is stored
The service providers above store data in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred there, protected by the providers' standard data protection terms.
7. How your data is protected
The site only runs over an encrypted connection (https). The cookie is signed, so it cannot be faked or edited, and it contains no personal details. Access to the newsletter account is limited to me. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.
8. Cookies
The site sets one cookie, and only after you sign up:
- as_sub: remembers that this browser has signed up, so the free tools stay open. It holds the sign-up time and a security signature, not your email address. It lasts up to 400 days, or until you clear your cookies.
If you arrive through a tagged link, your browser also remembers that link's tags for the visit (in session storage, not a cookie). They are deleted when you close the tab, and they are only sent if you sign up.
This cookie is needed for something you asked for (opening the tools), so the site does not show a cookie banner. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. You can delete the cookie at any time in your browser settings; the tools will then ask for your email again.
9. The free AI tools
The free tools are prompts you copy into an AI chat of your choice. Anything you share in that chat, such as files or answers, goes to that AI company, not to this site. This site never sees it. Before you upload business data, turn off training in your AI's settings or use a business plan, and remove details you don't need to share, such as bank account numbers.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can:
- See the personal information I hold about you, and get a copy of it
- Ask me to correct it or delete it
- Object to or limit how it is used
- Withdraw your consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing
To use any of these rights, email armansolves@gmail.com. I will reply within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents: under the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. I do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
11. How long information is kept
Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe. After that, beehiiv keeps a record that you unsubscribed, so you are not emailed again. Technical logs are kept for a short time by the hosting provider. The cookie expires after 400 days at most.
12. Children
This site is meant for adults. It is not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
13. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. If a change is significant, I will also mention it in the newsletter. See also the terms of use.
