Arman Vardanyan in a Japanese garden

Nice to meet you, I'm Arman Vardanyan

Online I go by Arman Solves. I'm the founder of Binee and Tecknocity, and I show business owners how to put AI to work.

Where this started

For more than ten years I've built my own businesses and helped fix other people's. I've run teams, and I've had the same problems you have: tools that don't connect, weeks lost to admin work, and a business that can't grow because everything depends on one person.

One thing I learned: most businesses don't need more advice. They need someone to actually fix the problem. Now AI lets a small team do much more than before. So today my work is helping businesses start using AI the right way.

I'm also a war veteran. That taught me to stay calm and focused when things get messy.

The short version

16yearsin operations and consulting
300+companies served
20,000+hours of hands-on operations work

What I believe

Most businesses are rushing into AI because it's new. But many still do a lot of work by hand, without proper software. Adding AI on top of that only makes things messier. The fix is to go step by step:

Step 1Manual
Step 2Software
Step 3Automated
Step 4AI

When you follow these steps in order, AI actually works. Building too much too early is as bad as building nothing. Done right, your business runs on simple systems, not on a few busy people. Your team spends less time on routine work and more time on work that matters. The goal is to grow: the same team serving more clients.

What that means for you

Every video and guide I publish covers one real business process. I show you where AI helps and give you a free AI tool to do it.
